Introducing La Playa, Beach, Lounge and Dining

As of last month, El Gouna has a new beach restaurant.

LA PLAYA is the brainchild of Achim, a German national who for many years operates the successful Ocean Diva catamaran, twice daily boat trip, out of the Abu Tig Marina.

Achim wished to add a new beach to El Gouna and incorporate a restaurant, so he chose the location of the ex Raz/Palma restaurant, by the Club House, on the Kafr lagoon, for this endeavor. 

The complete design was done by the Dutch interior architect Sandra el-Barkouki and was fully implemented by Khaled el-Barkouki, together they brought to life a beautiful locale, as seen in the pictures, that doubles as a beach, lounge and a restaurant in the old Kafr.
















open daily from 9am until midnight.
Weekends and holidays until 1am
