According to Glam Getaways, the event was launched for the first time last year on November 5 in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, and achieved all of its goals including promoting tourism through practicing Zumba.

According to its official website; GLAM Getaways is an exceptional multi-day international event in Egypt, which is open for all Zumba fans around the world. Glam Getaways, an initiative by Egyptian Zumba instructor Sally Salama, invites all Zumba® fans around the world to enjoy energetic workouts on the banks of the Nile with 15 international instructors, alongside Egyptian trainers. 

The website added that GLAM is the first international event featuring Zumba Fitness Master Classes in Egypt aiming to help promote local tourism. It is also considered to be the first of its kind in the Middle East.



The event will be hosted for six days in Gouna, and only for two days in Cairo. Registration for the exceptional event was announced to be online through the following link:

Native plants  use less water  and  insecticides, feed the local wildlife such as birds, are authentic in their setting, show  sensitivity to the environment  and some are used as medicinal plants.    From earliest times the Ancient Egyptians were renowned for their knowledge of medicinal plants.
