We hear a new Hair and Beauty Salon just opened: The Filip Belgian Hair & Beauty Salon, located in Ancient Sands Resort.

Owned and run by Belgian national, Filip Vanden Eeden, a hairdresser for more than 25 years. Filip has been continuously trained by the likes of Tony&Guy (London), Wella, Sebastian. Filip is, as well, a makeup artist, nail stylist and certified permanent makeup and piercing artist.

The salon performs cutting, brushing, coloring and highlights, manicure and pedicure, facials and makeup, waxing and fatlah, gel nails, wedding and party coiffure. Also many kinds of massages, by 3 specialized masseurs.

Moreover an English Botox doctor comes to the salon on appointment for botox & filler treatments and chemical peelings.

Native plants  use less water  and  insecticides, feed the local wildlife such as birds, are authentic in their setting, show  sensitivity to the environment  and some are used as medicinal plants.    From earliest times the Ancient Egyptians were renowned for their knowledge of medicinal plants. The Papyrus Ebers, an Egyptian medical papyrus of herbal knowledge (c. 1550 B.C.), compiled about  900  remedies, mostly plants, were being used by physicians.
