Following up on our latest announcement regarding the Town Management meetings we would like to confirm that it will occur on a weekly basis every Saturday between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at Orascom Admin Building in Downtown, near CIB.  The meetings will be only by appointment with Mr. Oudad Kheir, El Gouna’s newly appointed Head of Operations on an individual basis due to COVID restrictions. Mr. Oudad will be attending to requests related to Customer Service, Security, Maintenance, Electricity, ...

A brief 15 minute electricity outage hit El Gouna in the evening of Tuesday at around 8 pm. Some areas were spared such as New Marina and Joubal, but overall, El Gouna fell into quiet darkness. It appears to have been due to power being cut off from National grid.  Electricity was fully restored 15 minutes later for the remainder of the night.
