As part of our continued commitment to ensure a great quality of life in El Gouna, the Town Manager will be listening to all requests on Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in Town Hall, Orascom Building in Downtown.

 
Kindly ensure you explain your case in detail by email at the latest on the previous Wednesday to town.manager@elgouna.com and book an appointment.

Dear Valued Homeowners & Residents,

Hope this finds you well and in good health.

Following up on our latest announcement regarding the Town Management meetings we would like to confirm that it will occur on a weekly basis every Saturday between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at Orascom Admin Building in Downtown, near CIB. 


The meetings will be only by appointment with Mr. Oudad Kheir, El Gouna’s newly appointed Head of Operations on an individual basis due to COVID restrictions. Mr. Oudad will be attending to requests related to Customer Service, Security, Maintenance, Electricity, Road Network, Traffic, Public Service charge and Utilities. To book an appointment, we kindly ask you to send your request in detail by email to town.manager@elgouna.com by Wednesday the latest. 

This initiative does not replace Customer Services team’s relentless efforts, which remains available to assist through phone, email customer.services@elgouna.com and walk-ins.

Native plants  use less water  and  insecticides, feed the local wildlife such as birds, are authentic in their setting, show  sensitivity to the environment  and some are used as medicinal plants.    From earliest times the Ancient Egyptians were renowned for their knowledge of medicinal plants. The Papyrus Ebers, an Egyptian medical papyrus of herbal knowledge (c. 1550 B.C.), compiled about  900  remedies, mostly plants, were being used by physicians.
