Community Care responds to complaints about Permits System
Dear Community Members,
Hope you are doing well.
We listened to your comments and found them to be very reasonable. We recognize that some of you have had an adverse experience with the user interface of the iGouna platform. We are committed to develop a swift system that would ideally satisfy your needs, allowing you to submit your access permission without having to contact our support center by phone or email. This early launch paves the way for the QR Code to be introduced at a later stage. Meanwhile, while cooperating with us on setting up your account and ensuring it's working properly, we will continue to accept requests via permits@elgouna.com until July 31st, 2022.
