Kindly be informed that effective May 15th, 2022, El Gouna operator service (0) shall welcome your calls daily between 09:00AM to 05:00PM. 

The operator can transfer your phone call to any other El Gouna business or resident. 

The above is available only on the internal telephone system of El Gouna. 

Please note that El Gouna Maintenance, Firefighting and Security are reachable 24/7  via 16650.
