El Gouna Rules and Regulations on Rentals

From El Gouna Community Care: 

  • Homeowners must inform Community Care if their property is rented to a long-term tenant by sending an email to community.care@elgouna.com  with rental contract & ID(s) of the tenant(s) for registration.  
  • Tenants who wish to issue a G Native resident card must have a confirmed rental duration of more than six months. 
  • In the event of conflicts between tenants and their landlords, Community Care does courtesy communication with both parties to resolve it, if no resolution was reached both residents should resort to legal procedures.
  • Homeowners with non-registered rental agreements should inform their tenants to abide by El Gouna Rules and Regulations.
  • Tenants who violate any of El Gouna Rules and Regulations are to be charged a penalty on the unit's account.

Native plants  use less water  and  insecticides, feed the local wildlife such as birds, are authentic in their setting, show  sensitivity to the environment  and some are used as medicinal plants.    From earliest times the Ancient Egyptians were renowned for their knowledge of medicinal plants.
