Résumé of  resolutions at Orascom Development meeting of the board held on Monday 20th of September , 2021


A meeting of the company’s board was held at 3pm on MondaySeptember 20, 2021 with the presence of the following members:


Dr. Mohamed Samy Saad Zaghloul - General Manager Orascom Development Holding AG

Mr. Omar Aly Mohamed El Hamamsy- member of the board on behalf of Orascom Development Holding

Mr. Ashraf Sourial Nessim - Member of the board on behalf of Orascom Development Holding

Mr. Mohamed Abbas Zazou - Independent Board Member

Mr. Amr Badr  - Independent Board Member


The Agenda items were discussed in detail and the following resolution was adopted :

Appointment of Mr. Nicola Oudad Waël Kheir, General Manager of El Gouna resort  

The resolution was adopted at 3:30pm after reading it to attendees

Native plants  use less water  and  insecticides, feed the local wildlife such as birds, are authentic in their setting, show  sensitivity to the environment  and some are used as medicinal plants.    From earliest times the Ancient Egyptians were renowned for their knowledge of medicinal plants. The Papyrus Ebers, an Egyptian medical papyrus of herbal knowledge (c. 1550 B.C.), compiled about  900  remedies, mostly plants, were being used by physicians.
