PIAZZA GOES POP-UP is a temporary fine-dining restaurant by the famous Belgium restaurant ‘Au Vieux Bruxelles’ and Jean-Christophe Abrial - a Ducasse educated French chef, set over the beautiful Piazza of Ancient Sands Golf Resort, El Gouna, in a refined but relaxing setting. 


PIAZZA GOES POP-UP offers you the very best food using the finest seasonal ingredients and carefully crafted cocktails. Starting by home-made bread with entrées as blinis with smoked salmon, shrimp croquettes or half-cooked duck foie-gras followed by main courses like risotto all’anatra, beef fillet with pepper-sauce, chicken tajine and more, the kitchen gives you a exquisite taste around the world with a contemporary touch.
