Information about bringing dogs into Egypt may be hard to find. Gouna News has compiled a few references on the subject into this article.  As a start, Egyptair has a published policy that clarifies much about the subject.  Moreover, dogs or any animal travelling to Egypt need a PCR test done upon arrival. The following has been contributed by Christiana Tagh on her experience bringing in Tara her dog.  ‘ As I got the information from our vet in Egypt that a PCR test is not required we decided to bring our dog from Austria to our home in Egypt.
