Dear Valued Homeowners and Residents, Hope this announcement finds you well and safe, In accordance with the recent Prime Minister’s announcement regarding COVID-19 precautionary measures, we would like to notify you on what will be implemented as of Sunday the 14th of June; El Gouna’s gates will be closed during the updated curfew hours starting8 pm until 4 am the following day. All retail outlets will be opened till 6 pm with the exception of Supermarkets, Grocery stores & Pharmacies. Beaches, sports activities and the fish farm, will remain closed. Restaurants, cafes and bars will remain closed and will only operate delivery & take away with the exception of some hotels restaurants: The Marina Steakhouse, Tandoor Indian Restaurant and The Kitchen Club at Casa Cook El Gouna which are ready to welcome and serve you between 5 pm to 8 pm. It remains to be advisable not to leave your home except for the following reasons to limit the potential spread of the virus. If you have to go outside you must stay more than 1.5 m apart from other individuals To exercise either alone, or with members of your household. Additionally, we would like to remind you No Mask No entry policy is implemented at the supermarkets, pharmacies, and the grocery store, retail outlets, banks, Orascom offices and public transportation, it is also advised to wear face masks in taxis and cars if you are being accompanied by non-household members.

Dear Valued Homeowners and Residents,

Please be advised that the Red Sea Governorate has announced the following measure during the upcoming Eid holiday from Sunday 24^th May till Friday 29^thMay 2020:

• Beaches and water sports activities such as snorkeling, diving, kite centers and windsurfing centers in addition to glass bottom boats remain restricted until further notice.
• The use of leisure boats and boat rentals will be permitted with the following conditions:

1. Boats will be allowed to leave at 6am and return at latest 4pm to the marina.
2. Boat rentals will operate with 25% of licensed carrying capacity.
3. It is strictly forbidden for boats to tie together at sea as penalties will apply including and not limited to apply a fine, cancelling boat license and cancelling skipper and crew licenses.

We would like to remind you of some of the guidelines to reduce risk of catching COVID-19 virus while boating:

• Boats are strictly forbidden from tying together, please maintain a safe distance with other boats while at anchor.
• It is highly recommended to boat only with those in your immediate household - no guest should be taken onboard including family members not in your immediate household or your closest boating buddies.
• Speed limit inside all El Gouna lagoons and marinas is Max 5 knots.
• Go straight from the house to the boat and back - no unnecessary contact with anyone.
• Take off the shoes and use hand sanitizers just before entering the boat. It is also recommended for the crew to change their clothes into clean uniforms onboard, especially if they travelled to work from outside El Gouna with public transport.
• Disinfect all supplies (groceries etc.) at the dock before bringing onboard.
• Clean and disinfect frequently all touched objects and surfaces onboard.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Coast Guard rules for daily trips remain the same. For the boats with crew living outside El Gouna - please consider returning to marina early enough to give your crew sufficient time to return home before curfew.

Dear Valued Homeowners and Residents, Hope this finds you well and in good health, We are glad to announce that El Gouna Hotels are operating, and in order to ensure the safety of our staff and guests, rigorous hygiene and cleaning protocols have been set in place for the operations in coordination with the guidelines of both, the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization. Our staff has received adequate training to follow the new safety measures to provide a safe haven for themselves and our guests. You will find below some of El Gouna’s Health & Sanitation Program Highlights. General Practices Non-contact temperature checks are done daily for all hotel staff and guests. All surfaces and high-touch points are being sanitized frequently. Public seating setup was reviewed to allow a 2m distance. Sanitizer Dispensers are made available at key points around the hotel. The staff will be wearing gloves and masks for the duration of their shifts. Guest Arrival & Departure Hotel staff will greet guests and assist with luggage while wearing mask and gloves at all times. The luggage will be sanitized before entering the hotel at the security gates. Security team will be sanitizing the hands of all guests entering the hotel & measure their temperature. Reservation card information will requested from guests through digital communication prior to arrival. Staff will disinfect all areas once the guest is checked out including cards machine, pens, desk and key cards. Daily disinfection for corridors and complete distinction for rooms following guest departure. Guests are encouraged to pay online or with credit cards. Guest Rooms Maximum occupancy authorized per room is 2 adults + 1 child. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned as per industry leading sanitizing protocols. Beach towels are placed in the Guest’s room. All room amenities are sanitized and seal packed and the minibars are emptied. All reusable collateral was removed from all rooms. Gloves, masks and sanitizers to be available for our guest on all public areas, receptions and rooms. Restaurants Keeping a distance of not less than 2 meters between dining tables, and 1 meter between each person and the same table. All tables and chairs are sanitized after each use. All placemats are replaced after each use. No restaurant buffets will be available, only Set menu will be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shisha will not be served. Dine around program in El Gouna is currently suspended. Beach & Pools Distance between sunbeds will be 2 meters. Disinfecting the area around the beach and pool including tables, deck and deck chairs.
