Public Service Charge in El Gouna

Owners and residents of El Gouna have voiced their concerns with the recent imposed increase to Public Service charges and reject the manner in which such sudden, unexplained and backdated increases are unilaterally imposed without justification or notice.

Owners are also unhappy for having different percentages of increase imposed year on year for exactly the same services for similar properties in the same areas, without logical explanation.

Owners are willing to take up this issue objectively and request a general meeting with management before the end of February 2020, to provide the necessary explanations and justification.

All owners and Residents of El Gouna are invited to support this request by agreeing to the following joint action:

“To withhold payment of the increased amount (ONLY) in public service charges announced for 2020, until management holds a general meeting for all owners, to justify the increased amount and to explain the reasons behind the different percentages applied”.
