New Customer Service Director Appointed

Dear Homeowners and Residents,

We are pleased to announce that Mohamed Sherry has been appointed as El Gouna Customer Service Director reporting to Raouf Tawfik in his capacity as El Gouna General Manager. 

Mohamed has over 11 years of experience in Customer Service, 9 of which are in the Real Estate field.

Prior to joining El Gouna team, Mohamed has worked for distinguished developers such as Emaar Misr as Head of Customer Care, as well as Palm Hills  Developments prior to that. His responsibilities included but were not limited to assessing ineffective areas of customer service, proposing and implementing solutions for optimizing customer loyalty, relationship, and value management.

In his capacity and beginning of June 21st, 2019, Mohamed Sherry will be responsible for El Gouna Customer Service Department.

We would like to take the chance to thank Nahawet Aly for her efforts and we wish her all the best in her new role.
