Requested and encouraged the GM to hold 2 public meetings for residents. Achieved major cost savings for all owners GOC objections to proposed increases in service charges, above the limit of 6% in many members’ contracts, resulted in the increase being limited for all owners to 6%. GOC objections to any additional charges for scrambled TV channels on Orange triple play and the proposed charge of 600 EGP for FIFA World Cup TV coverage resulted all HD channels, including BeinSport, being provided without additional charge.
