Gouna Owners Club Meet with Gouna Management
As part of the ongoing contacts between the Gouna Owners Club (GOC) and El Gouna Management, à meeting was held on the morning of Sunday December 16 to discuss areas of concern requiring attention. The agenda of that meeting is published here. We hope to be able to publish outcomes of these points in due course and if all parties have no objection.

Proposed Agenda items:
1. Land and Property registration – Status update and current plans for implementation?
2. Orascom's compliance with new law stopping any restrictions or charges on the re-sale of owned properties in Egypt.
3. Official announcement and follow up information on recent serious incidents (roads, dogs and electrical accidents) to avoid rumours which are still negatively circulating.
4. Official advance information regarding changes in management, new development, movement or expansion of existing homes, businesses, airport, supermarkets, etc., to improve awareness and address the many rumours currently floating around!
5. Road planning and car parking issues and management plans for improvements.
6. Repainting of owned properties- sharing of plans and estimated costs upfront with all owners directly affected to avoid potential misunderstandings and suspicions.
7. Continuation of noise pollution and dogs’ issues – regulations and enforcement plans?
8. Customer satisfaction surveys to help management to identify and address operational issues more effectively.
