Road Works on Mohamed Ibrahim Kamel St.

Few of us would know where Mohamed Ibrahim Kamel Street is in El Gouna. Yet it’s the main drag in town. 

The main road that leads from Downtown to the Marina. The road that passes by the Squash Center, Tennis Club, TUB and the GoKart track, is being repaved. Repaved all the way past Sail La Vie, to the Sheraton Hotel. 

Fresh asphalt has been laid down and we are now awaiting the painting of the median and bike path lines. 

In the meantime, cars are driving in the middle of the road, enjoying the line free experience!
