Invitation for Homeowners to Join Owners Club

The Gouna Owners Club (GOC) is a grouping of homeowners intent on furthering social and operational cohesion between Club members and El Gouna Management to improve all aspects of life in El Gouna. 

A management committee meets regularly with Gouna Management to resolve and/or identify issues affecting Gouna owners in general. The Gouna Owners Club has been very effective in getting answers and results from Gouna Management.  Obviously the more members of the Club, the stronger the position is for negotiation with Orascom.

The Club has also secured additional discount for Gouna owners.  Various restaurants and outlets have agreed to provide an additional 10% to owners with the GOC club card.  

Please find below links to an application form and rules and objectives of the Club, should you be interested in joining. There is a one-off contribution of 1000LE to be deposited in a bank account to meet the cost of any legal services required for the benefit of all owners and the running expenses of the Club. 

If you would like to join, please complete the application form and send it with a copy of your owners card to the Club Chairman, Maher El Faham melfaham@aol.com.

The 1000LE can be paid direct into the bank or to a committee member, who will deposit it on your behalf and provide a receipt from the bank once completed.

The members provide a warm welcome to new members and you will receive an invitation to our regular social events.

Native plants  use less water  and  insecticides, feed the local wildlife such as birds, are authentic in their setting, show  sensitivity to the environment  and some are used as medicinal plants.    From earliest times the Ancient Egyptians were renowned for their knowledge of medicinal plants. The Papyrus Ebers, an Egyptian medical papyrus of herbal knowledge (c. 1550 B.C.), compiled about  900  remedies, mostly plants, were being used by physicians.
