Sea Cinema Remains Open After Film Festival

El Gouna Residents were pleasantly surprised to notice that the Sea Cinema has remained open after the end of the Gouna Film Festival last month. The Cinema has three theatres screening three different movies every week. Films are screened simultaneously with their worldwide release date. A case in point is the current screening at the Sea Cinema of 'Victoria and Abdul', a recently released film about Queen Victoria and her man servant from India, Abdul.  The film movingly portrays the gap between officialdom and personal relations, between duty and feelings and between East and West.

Sea Cinema screening times are : 1pm, 3pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm.

Ticket prices are : 40 EGP for the 1pm and 3pm showings. 50 EGP for the 6pm, 8pm and 10pm showings. Extra 20 EGP for the IMAX glasses.

Location of Sea Cinema is the same location as the old Renaissance movie house behind Rihanna Three Corners Resort and in front of Colona Divers.
